Some discontinuities don't have a type!

$lim_{x \to c^{-}} f (x)$ and $lim_{x \to c^{+}} f (x)$ exist, yet $lim_{x \to c^{-}} f (x) \neq lim_{x \to c^{+}} f (x)$

$f(c)$ may not exist!

$lim_{x \to c} f (x)$ exists, yet $lim_{x \to c} f (x) \neq f (c)$
